Works as a team: built to work with each other

Pinnacle apps and bots are designed to work with each other inside your company's own workspace. Please read this before you buy, so you know what they connect to and what they don't.

What it works with

Your Pinnacle apps and bots

Licensed Pinnacle apps and bots in your workspace can share the job, crew, and document information each one needs to do its task.

Joins your team with your admin's OK

When you add a new Pinnacle app or bot, it joins your company's team in your own workspace. Your admin approves it first in team settings (or can choose to be notified instead and remove it anytime). It never joins another company's workspace.

You stay in control

Your admin can see every team member, what information each one can use, and can turn team sharing off or remove any app or bot at any time.

What it doesn't work with

Pinnacle apps and bots do not connect to bots, apps, or AI agents from other providers. If an outside bot tries to connect, ours will decline and say so plainly. They do not reach into your other systems on their own. This is a design choice for our products; it is not a statement about any other product.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF where available, and your original uploaded files), including if you turn team features off. If your subscription ends, you still have 90 days to export everything. After those 90 days, we delete your data as described in our subscription terms.

Every product stands on its own

Each Pinnacle product is sold on its own. You never have to buy another product or use team features to buy or use one. Team sharing needs an active license; if it ends, team connections pause and your data stays readable and exportable.
