Security and privacy

Private by design.

How we build so that a company's data stays theirs. This page describes our design choices, not a certification.

  • Your data stays with you

Our AI is designed to run on a server the customer owns, in their own building. Job, cost and payroll data aren't sent to an outside AI.

  • Two-step sign-in

Accounts use a password plus a code from an authenticator app. Sensitive actions ask for the code again.

  • Only the right people see each thing

Every seat has a role. People see their own work; payroll and pay rates stay with the people who run them.

  • No open doors

Remote access goes through an encrypted tunnel, so the office server doesn't need open ports on the internet.

  • Backups and rollback

Changes go out in small, reviewed steps with a way back. Backups are kept apart from the live system.

  • Private code and changes

Our code lives in private repositories. Every change is reviewed and tested before it reaches a customer.
