These interim terms describe this marketing site as of 2026-09-30. They are not a checkout contract. A customer agreement is provided when access is granted.

Online card checkout is not live. Access follows a conversation. Nothing on this site is a completed purchase.

Founders Year is a year-1 early cohort: Complete-desk scope. Year 2 moves to Office Complete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Items marked in development are not included and have no promised release date. DWG, DXF, and spreadsheet upload are not offered.

Customization is quoted once the scope is agreed. Buying a package does not include a self-serve app builder.

This site is operated by ibuildyouwin ("we", "us"). When the Delaware company that will run ibuildyouwin is formed, it will take over operation of this site and these terms, and this page will be updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
