Code on a computer screen

Overview

About this page

A workshop to reset how your team plans and reviews software work. We'll build anything for anyone to help solve problems and save them money.

We focus on one product or desk. You leave with working agreements and a sample board—not a binder. Follow-on coaching or build is separate.

This page is for the person who does the job, not for a buyer of a slogan. A template fails when the workflow is the product. We build the screens and the rules for that workflow instead. We'll build anything for anyone to help solve problems and save them money.

How we implement it

In a real program, agile workshop for one team reset becomes screens a person can finish, an API for the rules of the job, and a record store when the work has to be kept. We use React and TypeScript for the interface, and Node with Postgres when that fits. If you already run another stack, the quote names that stack instead.

Accounts and roles are in the build only when more than one person uses it. An AI step keeps a person on the review when the result can be wrong. Staging is a URL you can try before anyone depends on it. What is not in the scope does not get built.

Done means the first release path works, including the empty and failed states, and you can run it from the handoff note.

What you gain

The point of this service

  • Current pain map
  • Working agreements
  • Board design
  • First sprint plan

What this includes

Current pain map

Where work stalls today. Tools are secondary to incentives.

Working agreements

A short list people can actually follow. Twelve-page constitutions fail.

Board design

Columns and definitions of done. WIP limits if useful.

First sprint plan

A realistic thin slice. Hero commitments are rewritten.

What we use

Named in the quote

  • a working agreement

Not claimed

  • no savings number
  • no phone line

Talk about the project

Have a specific job in mind? Send it. We answer from [email protected].

Request a quote

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Request

Describe the problem. We answer from [email protected].

  2. 02

    Scope

We write the first release. A new app is quoted. A named-desk add-on is quoted once the scope is agreed.

  3. 03

    Build

We build that list. There is no self-serve builder.

  4. 04

    Review

You use a working slice. You can stop when the job is done.

How we approach it

Priorities

We lock the problem and the first useful release before we decorate. Extra features wait until the core path works.

Best practices

We ship readable code, clear environments, and checks you can review. We do not claim certifications we have not earned.

Transparency

Stages stay visible: request, scope, build, review. Cost and risk changes are written before we spend them.

Communication

Reach us at [email protected]. Public pages never list a personal name, phone, or street address.

Where this fits

  • Healthcare

clinical-ops and admin tools where wrong data is expensive.

  • Manufacturing

production and inventory status without another spreadsheet.

  • Retail

order and staff workflows that match how you sell.

  • Logistics

handoffs, tracking, and exceptions in one place.

  • Education

enrollment and staff processes that outgrew forms.

  • Energy

field and office status tools with clear permissions.

  • Professional services

client and delivery tracking without vanity dashboards.

Ready for the next build?

We'll build anything for anyone to help solve problems and save them money.

Notes on how a first release is scoped live on the notes page. No borrowed articles.

Notes

A note on this page is a learning note, not an article and not a client story. We will not print a savings number, an uptime percent, a testimonial, or a timeline we have not agreed. Checkout is not live. Contact is [email protected].

Related studio notes live on the notes index. The quote is still the document that says what we will implement.

Questions

How do I get a quote?

New work is quoted after scope. Named-desk add-on work is quoted once the scope is agreed. Checkout is not live.

Do you guarantee a timeline?

No fixed sprint length until scope is agreed. Delivery is staged so you can review working slices.
